Loss notification

Of course we would like to repair any damage or defects in your room / flat as soon as possible. In the event that a lamp in your room is defective or the washbasin is clogged or similar, you can inform us directly using the tenant account.

You can submit your Loss notification under the “Contracts” tab. To do so, click on the "Loss notification" field at the bottom left and fill in the form. You can use the drop-down menus to specify the nature of the damage and – if necessary – add your own notes.

You will receive a notification whenever the status changes. Should any further queries be necessary, the relevant technical staff member will contact you. If you have accidentally provided incorrect details, you can also cancel reports yourself, provided they are still marked as “open”.
