The LAN Admin will help!
We have LAN administrators to support you in the following student residences in Frankfurt:

- Jügelstraße 1
- Max-von-Laue-Straße 14

The LAN admins live in our halls of residence and are very knowledgeable about the subject matter, not least due to their studies in computer science, and can provide rapid assistance in the event of acute problems. If your hall of residence is not on the list, please contact the Facility Manager directly if you have any IT problems
