My name is Sebastian, and I study philosophy and prehistoric and early history archaeology. I have been a tutor since October 2025 and am part of the Bockenheim team. I have been living in Frankfurt since the end of 2022 and for almost as long at Kronberger Str. 43 in Westend :)
As a tutor, I can support you with everyday questions about living and studying. I regularly organise large and small events. If you have any ideas for events, improvements to the hall of residence, or just want someone to talk, feel free to contact me!

Alina
Hey!
I'm Neva, I'm studying architecture at FRAUAS and have been living in my student hall of residence at Bockenheimer Landstr. 135 for over three years now. I'm involved as a hall of residence tutor to be a voice for the students and more of a sense of community and respect for each other.
I am an active person, doing a lot of art and I love being in nature. I played football for a long time and enjoy organizing trips and picnics in the park to which all residents in Bockenheim are welcome! We've already did a few cooking and film evenings. It's great fun and gives us the opportunity to share our cultures and much more.
I am open to any questions and problems. Just ask!

Anna
Dear neighbours,
I'm Anna and I'm a tutor at Jügelstr. 1. You can get in touch with me, if you have any questions about life in our hall of residence. We also organize events where you can get to know your flatmates better and become part of the great community.
Welcome to our hall of residence!

Ginnheimer Landstraße

Christos
Servus, Buenos Dias,
I'm Christo, 26 years old and I'm looking forward to the next few months as a tutor.
I've been living in the dormitory for almost two years and I love life as a student in Ginnheimer Landstrasse. I think we have great conditions for the perfect student life here. The volleyball fields, the location, the common room. Unfortunately we got used to a lonely and withdrawn everyday life due to the corona pandemic. I hope that we can get together more often in the summer, but also in the cold winter and give everyone who is perhaps further away from home the feeling of community.
I like to be creative and develop new ideas with Ekim for events or campaigns that we could organize around the dormitory. If you have ideas, like music, sports, or just like to chat, you can find us outside almost every day, especially in summer. I see the position as a tutor as an opportunity to express myself creatively, to bring people together and to have a good time.

Luis
Olá everyone!
My name is Luis and I am very happy to be your tutor at Ginnheimer 42. I come from Brazil and bring with me not only South American joy, but also a great passion: connecting people through music, sports, and food.
For me, community means seeing, hearing, and supporting each other, no matter where we come from. As a tutor, I want to help us all feel a little more at home here, whether through events, spontaneous get-togethers, or simply good conversations.
Whether it's music, new ideas for activities, or just a listening ear, I look forward to getting to know you and making dorm life lively together!

Doha
Hello,
My name is Doha, and I am pursuing a Master’s in Linguistics with a focus on English at Goethe University. I live in the student residence at Ginnheimer Landstraße 42.
I am a creative and friendly person, and I enjoy helping others.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to me anytime. I am always happy to help..

For life in the hall of residence, I can recommend sports activities with your flatmates, e.g. here in the gym, in the Brentano-Bad or at the Sportcampus Ginnheim. And otherwise, of course, approach your neighbours openly, be it when cooking, in the common rooms or at events.
Due to my international family background, I always find it very exciting to learn about the backgrounds of international students. I'm always happy to help with any questions or concerns.

My name is Abdurrahman Basel, I'm 22 years old and I'm a tutor here in Rat-Beil-Straße. I'm studying administrative law in Frankfurt and would like to help make our hall of residence more than just a place to sleep - it should be a home where you feel comfortable, find support and meet new people.
In addition to my studies, I am involved in various areas - including civil protection as part of the THW's foreign unit and in social projects. I have repeatedly experienced how important it is for people to support each other, learn from each other and grow together. That's exactly what I want to encourage here.
